Your Life experience will automatically improve once you start thinking for yourself.
But I must warn you, this could be one of the most controversial, yet, one of the most beneficial chapters in this book; because in this chapter we will be taking a closer look at limiting beliefs. Some of these limiting beliefs are held very dear by many people of the world.
I am not here to speak about the rightness or wrongness of any of these beliefs. My intentions are to explore these beliefs strictly from a physiological and vibrational point of view.
We are exploring these beliefs because some of them are the cause of a lot of human suffering.
The beliefs in this chapter play a big part in the function of the human psyche. These beliefs are very important in the lives of billions of people.
So important, that we have built civilizations around many of them. These are subjects that not many Life Coaches or Law of Attraction Practitioners will touch upon.
It is the elephant in the room that most people try to ignore. But from a physiological and a vibrational point of view, many of these beliefs are detrimental to your mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health.
Some of these beliefs literally zap the energy and power right out of you. The number one thing that keeps most people living a limited experience, is limiting beliefs. People will argue their limitations.
Most people do not realize how negative their beliefs are. Your self-talk is a byproduct of your belief system. Your belief system is a system of beliefs that you believe about yourself and the world around you.
The majority of our beliefs comes from other people. Many people have replaced how they feel about Life in exchange for how they think others think they should feel about Life.
Most people are programmed to think Life is a struggle, and that’s what makes it a struggle; not Life, but the belief about Life.
My research in human behavior has revealed to me that physiologically, people think that speaking for their limitations is a way of being modest and honorable to their idea of God.
“Poor little ole me,” they think. What is a limiting belief? A limiting belief is a habit of thought that belittles you.
But what created these limiting and fearful, beliefs in the first place? How did we get them?
In this chapter I will elaborate on these things and more; so by the time you finish reading, hopefully, you will have a better understanding as to why things are appearing in your reality as they are.
It is my wish to assist you in expanding your awareness, in hopes that will encourage and alter your perception about Life in a more empowering way.
But I must warn you. In order to bring you into the light, you must first come to understand some of the things that have kept you in the darkness.
